Voice By Matt is dedicated to amplifying the soul within each voice, transforming both young learners and established leaders. Through education and empowerment, we guide individuals in authentically connecting their spirit to their voice, ensuring their stories resonate deeply and leave lasting impressions.
WHO IS Matt Berthot
A native midwestern small town boy, who chose a path of educating the youth of Kansas. Honing his skills through years of intimately teaching his students to sing , he’s seen the deep personal changes in the children he’s taught in confidence, their ability to interact with the world, and while his children won’t all be super star singers and performers they will leave their time with him thoroughly grounded with their personal voice.
He is now taking his talents to help current, developing, and aspiring leaders to find their voices. The tools he’s equipped his students with to use their voices as vocal athletes directly translates to his ability to teach high performers to communicate more effectively, while also finding the magic where those leaders will leave their audiences magnetically drawn to them, and finding the message resonating.

COMMUNICATION
Communication is the key that unlocks understanding and connection among us all. Without effective communication, everything becomes unclear and uncertain. It’s the tool that aligns us on the same page, allowing us to navigate life together. I am committed to teaching people to communicate more effectively, empowering them to attach their spirit to their voice. Through this, they can confidently share their stories, their souls, and their truths, fostering a world where impactful connections and positive change can flourish. Just as “I am love,” I believe that communication is a fundamental expression of who I am and what I stand for.
TRUTH & LOVE
Truth is a guiding light in my journey. It means sharing the deepest and most genuine aspects of ourselves, allowing our souls to be seen and heard. Just as “It’s a Wonderful Life” celebrates the profound impact of one life on others, truth is the vehicle through which our stories, experiences, and voices resonate and leave lasting impressions.
Love, on the other hand, is the most incredible feeling in the world, as well as an action. It’s about embracing ourselves and others with compassion and empathy, nurturing bonds, and fostering change.
The union of Truth & Love is where I find my purpose. It’s a reminder that life is a precious gift, an opportunity to connect with others authentically, and impact them in a way that is truly unforgettable
ACTION
Taking action is at core of my brand. It’s all about courage. I’ve always believed that a lot of people talk a big game but fail to follow through. For me, it’s about aligning my words with my deeds—I do what I say I’m going to do. To me, action isn’t just a step; it’s the catalyst for momentum and forward movement. It’s what gets the ball rolling and sets my spirit into motion. I understand that action is the bridge between ideas and reality, and I’m committed to guiding others in taking those crucial steps forward. By turning aspirations into actions, we not only drive change but also infuse life with purpose and meaning.
VULNERABILITY
Embracing vulnerability is fundamental when sharing my voice. It’s the gateway to allowing my soul to be seen. I’ve always questioned why anyone would choose to conceal the most authentic parts of themselves. For me, it’s about living life wholeheartedly and authentically. Being vulnerable means aligning my soul and body, living in a way that fully embraces both. I’ve come to realize that vulnerability isn’t a weakness, but a tremendous strength. It’s the force that enables me to live life to the fullest, to connect deeply, and to impact others in meaningful ways. By demonstrating vulnerability, I invite others to join me on this journey of embracing our true selves and sharing our stories openly, nurturing genuine connections and transformative growth.
